Product Description
Mini remote control helicopters have kept on improving each year, and this latest RC Super Vision model has just taken another giant leap forward.... You'll be seriously impressed when you unpack it, and you'll have a big adrenalin rush as you pilot it around your front room or office. Just don't hit the boss! This mini masterpiece is great for relative beginners, but due to its extra precise controls, is also fun for experts too. So, how is this helicopter better than prior models? Its reinforced polymer body design makes it extremely durable, and its blades are also harder to break than last years models. Perhaps the biggest improvement though, is due to its on-board stability system making even more precise flying a possibility. It also includes a Lithium Polymer 3.7v battery resulting in increased flight speed and more flying time between charges. It weighs in at only 10g and is a tiny 17cm long! Everything that is required to get you into the air as quickly as possible is included in the pack (you just need to buy 4 AA batteries for the controller, which can be bought from us below). Designed mainly for indoor flight, this rc helicopter can also be used outside in ZERO wind conditions. The easiest thing to damage on mini remote control helicopters is the tail blade and due to this issue an extra spare blade is included in the pack. The Super Vision helicopter is charged via the remote controller. Up to 3 different models can be flown at the same time (Tri-band ABC technology), so buy 3 and have some airborne competitions with your mates to see who can perform the best manoeuvres! Overall this is the best mini helicopter we have ever had the pleasure of testing and whether you're 8 or 108 years old you'll struggle to have more fun for this price tag.

5 out of 5 stars Brilliant!   August 30, 2010
Mr. A. M. HOGG (London, UK)
It's not an educational toy, but will not hurt hand-eye coordination developement and 3D concepting.

The only big downside is a steep initial learnign curve, since small RC toys like this are very sensitive to controls and external factors (even mild air conditioning makes it even harder to control).

Other than that caveat, this is a *lot* of fun. There are various sizes and models, so if you don't like the colour of this one look for another. The only big deal to look out for is the control level. SOme older 2 channel control vehicles are cheaper but really not worth it. Look for at least 3 CH control and you'll not likely regret it.

It's fun to challenge friends/family to land on difficult 'targets'. A standard in our place is a simple upturned cup or mug. Also helps to while away the quiet times in a night shift! (Sssssh.)

5 out of 5 stars SO EASY A 1O YEAR OLD CAN FLY IT!   July 25, 2010
J. MCCARRAHER (South Coast)
My Father bought this for my daughter for her birthday and it has been a great hit! I expected it to crumple and collapse but after a month of regular use, there are no signs of wear and tear. It takes about 15 minutes to charge for about 6-7 minutes of flying but that is fine - it has proven easy to fly for everyone that has used it (common sense must prevail) and has given us a lot of fun as a family.

this has been fantastic fun for everyone, ages from 20 to 81.
it has been flown almost every day from purchase crashed into
xmas tree walls lights and not a bruise on it.
takes time to learn control, turn telly and bright lights off
and it is more controllable

For something you are going to fly its quite fragile , hard to control , and if it does hit a lampshade or anything it breaks easily. Packaging was good , delivery was fast, just rather dissapointed with the product.

4 out of 5 stars Indoor Helicopter   January 14, 2010
M. Fletcher (Yorkshire, England)
I bought these items for my sons (aged 23 & 27), unfortunately I forgot the batteries so we couldn't try them straight away. When we got the batteries the helicopters were a big hit. They take some getting used to the controls but that is half the fun. We eventually bought rechargeable batteries for them as they soon use them up. The only drawback was that one son's dog didn't take too kindly to the helicopter flying round him.
